PVC Pond and Reservoir DIY Linings
Our flexible PVC liner materials are produced in a rolled format with custom thicknesses and widths. We make use of supported PVC dam liners, which has abrasion resistance and is hard to puncture due to fabric reinforcements.
Our liners are extra flexible to ensure that the material shapes and forms to any structure that is being lined, for example – ponds, steel tanks, reservoirs or cement reservoirs. By using specialised welding machines, we can join the liner materials, making PVC liners flexible and easy to fold. Our liners are easy to ship, in installation ready format. We strive to deliver only high-quality industrial-grade liners and wil not compromise on quality or service.
POTABLE LININGS
FOR HUMAN AND ANIMAL CONSUMPTION (FISH PONDS)
Potable water tarp is designed for water reservoirs that store water intended for human and animal consumption.
There are two basic types: 720grm/m2 designed as a liner within a supported structure, and 850grm/m2 product with a strong basecloth that can be used in self-supporting flexible structures.
The PVC formulation is designed for continuous contact with water, and radically reduces the level of toxins that leech from the PVC liner into the stored water.
This formulation is designed to comply with the standards as set by the Australian Water Quality Center specification (AS/AZS 4020:2005). Compliance to other standards can be considered on request.
Due to the stable nature of the PVC formulation of this product, it may in certain instances be successfully used for liners that are required to store liquids that may have a degrading effect on regular PVC coated fabrics. In order to determine compatibility, we are able conduct tests to help determine the effect of the desired liquid on the potable water liner.

FOR GARDEN PONDS
This is an 550 – 850 gsm product designed to be used as a liner for structures that store water.
This product contains a special PVC formulation designed to give a long lifespan in outdoor conditions. This is a tried and tested product, with reported lifespans exceeding 12 years.
This product is not made according to the potable water spec and is therefore not recommended for instances where the stored water is intended for human consumption.
To avoid disappointment, please ensure that your damliner contains a high quality product, rather than one of the imitation products available on the market.
